Shanghai Newdragonbase Group has established Jiangsu Nationalbase Investment and Properties Co., Ltd jointly with Nanjing State-owned Assets Group. Investments include large-scale integrated projects such as Xuzhou Guoji City and Kunshan Guoji City. The total investment is approximately 10 billion RMB, with reserve land space of approximately 2,000 mu, total construction area has exceeded 2.3 million square meters.
 

Xuzhou Guoji City
Xuzhou Guoji City, covering 550 mu, with total construction area of 600,000 square meters. Project is located in Yunlong Lake Scenic Area Kuangda New City region, west to Longyao Mountains and south to Yunlong Lake. It is next to 3,500 mu of National Quanshan Forest Park.

Xuzhou Guoji City is designed by U.S. HOSTETLER ZHANG STUDER. Mountain and water are the main elements of the overall landscape, showing delicacy in elegance, integrating intimacy in luxury, highlight the characteristics of the original ecology of the natural landscape.
